Before using the Website, please read the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) carefully. By using the Website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1.OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

Silver level (initial level) members have a permanent validity period, while higher-level members have a validity period of one year, starting from the date of upgrade. For example, if a silver card member is upgraded to a gold card, the validity period is one year. If a gold card member upgrades to a platinum card during the gold card membership period, the membership validity period will be extended by one year. Please refer to the membership level system for specific information.
3.USER ACCOUNTS

You are required to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must actively maintain the security of your account and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.GOODS PRICES AND PAYMENT

We have not yet opened the late payment and installment payment services. If you need to choose late payment and installment payment, please contact the bank or relevant institutions for processing. We will gradually open these services in the future.

Please ensure that you have ownership of the payment method used for payment or have obtained proper authorization from the owner. We will process orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, the time it takes for the goods to be dispatched may vary depending on whether the product requires complex craftsmanship. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept the order processing time.
-4.5 SHIPPING TIME.
The shipping time is determined by the logistics company and factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, traffic accidents, traffic control, large-scale gatherings organized by governments or certain organizations, natural disasters, theft of goods, and other unforeseeable circumstances. In the event of delays caused by the logistics company or force majeure factors, we shall not be held liable. However, you may contact our customer service team, and we will do our utmost to assist you in resolving issues.
5.POINTS

Points are a virtual currency that can only be used on newmanicure.com. You can use them to exchange rewards or benefits. Points belong to your personal property on newmanicure.com, but they cannot be converted into tradable currency or transferred to others for a fee. If you transfer points to others for compensation, we will not be responsible for any legal liabilities or disputes arising therefrom.
-5.2 EARNING POINTS
You can earn points by completing certain actions on newmanicure.com, such as shopping, writing reviews, or recommending friends. Please refer to the loyalty program for the corresponding point rewards obtained through these actions.
-5.3 REDEMPTION
Points can be redeemed for designated rewards or benefits on the website. The exchange rate and available rewards will be determined by the website and may change. If there are any changes, we will post them on the designated page. Reasonable notice will be provided to users.
-5.3 VALIDITY PERIOD
Points have a validity period and will expire upon expiration. The validity period of points is usually 6 months. Please ensure that your points are used before expiration. Points that have not been used beyond the validity period will not be retrieved.
6.RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
